This 2-room condominium with glazed veranda is located in the famous Leipzig Bülowviertel. The building, built around 1935, was renovated around 1994. The heating system was modernized, plastic thermo windows were installed, the facade was renovated, parts of the electrical and sanitary systems were renewed. The heating of the house takes place over a gas central heating, the warm water production takes place over a flow heater.

The flat is to be regarded as partly redeveloped at present, the shower is because of the very narrow cut WC ́s in the kitchen. After the tenant moved out, the bathroom was to be completely renovated.
