How does it work?

The tenant will pay monthly the rent for the entire building to the administration, which will allocate it to the various owners according to the thousandths of ownership. Regardless of whether the apartment purchased is rented to an elderly person or not, the homeowner will receive the rent agreed for the duration of the management contract (usually 20 years). The relationship of rent is in fact with the tenant and not with the elderly person who uses the apartment. Upon expiry of the lease, the administration will renew the contract or find a new tenant. During the transition period, it will be the administration itself that will continue to operate and ensure payment of the rent.
