This stately old building dating from 1903 already impresses with its stucco façade and small bay windows. This impression continues in the representative entrance area of the front building, from which the first staircase with the beautifully curved wooden handrail branches off. The apartments are divided into a front building, a side wing and a rear building. The well-designed two- to five-room apartments vary between 53 and 162 square metres and offer singles, couples and families a centrally located home within the S-Bahn ring. In the living rooms and corridors, there are often removed floorboards, in the living rooms of the front building also parquet floors.
